If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake, you will supply a full refund of the items cost as long as the follow conditions are met:

• The item is still sealed in its protective plastic and the box is in neat condition
• The buyer pays for return shipping

 

Machines

All machines supplied have a 1 year parts warranty. Please contact us and return the machine at buyers cost and we will fix it for you free of cost.
